Our Story…

Philip Carter Logistics was founded in 2024 by lifelong friends Paul Carter and Paul Githongo — two men from different worlds, united by a shared belief in service. One from the streets of East Baltimore, the other from Nairobi, Kenya — they met working side by side at a car dealership and stayed in touch for nearly two decades.

With experience in transportation, finance, and a deep desire to give back, the two Pauls launched a logistics company focused on a vital niche: delivering medical supplies to those who need them most — efficiently, affordably, and with care.
